We provide our tenants with a clean and well-maintained home. Information for prospective tenants:

• Tenant qualifying, including credit report, criminal history, two landlord references and no felonies, etc.

• There is a $45.00 non-refundable fee for each credit check.

• The security deposit must be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order.

• One full month’s rent collected at move in. Second month’s rent is prorated.
